This Charming cottage located on a quiet street in Holmes Beach is our 'Night Side Cottage', part of A Lazy River Day or Night duplex. A leisurely 6 minutes walk to the blissful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Spectacular sun rises viewed from your own front balcony, the perfect place to have that first cup of coffee. Conveniently located near old fashioned shopping and 5 star restaurants. This cottage can be rented together with our 'Day Side' to make a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath vacation home.

Located on a quiet street with views of lush green trees and a peak of the canal across the street. We provide bicycles, helmets, beach equipment, baby equipment, board games as well as a Nintendo Switch. Cable tv rounds out the indoor entertainment experience. There is a fooseball table in the garage as well as a washer and dryer to get those towels ready to return to the beach! We provide several bicycles to encourage you to adventure around this peaceful place!
When evening arrives, cook up dinner on the outdoor propane grill and rest from the sun under our covered poolside patio. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the heated salt water pool. There are so many ways to relax and enjoy your surroundings!

Guests of Night side cottage have their own front balcony as well as a private covered patio poolside. There is a propane grill for your use only as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower. Your yard is fenced. Located in your garage is your washer and dryer as well as a great selection of new bikes, a fooseball table, beach equipment and a second refrigerator to easily stock your cooler before heading to the beach!

You will have access to our flip flops on the ground crew should you have any questions or concerns while in the home. They are a great resource for things to do and places to see while on the island. They will stop by to welcome you and make sure that you are are settled in.

You will feel like you live on the island for this home is located in a residential family oriented neighborhood. Great for walks, bike rides and of course, the Beach! The street is lined with marina's with docks for you to walk out on and even fish from! Sidewalks located across the street and there are benches should you want to rest and watch the fish in the canals.

The island still maintains a free trolley that will take you to the many other beaches as well as restaurants and shopping. Take in the view while someone else does the driving for you! Of course Uber and Lyft are available as well as rental cars should you prefer a car. The island rents scooters, golf carts and all the water craft you could possibly desire. There is nothing like a day on the Gulf waters!
There are many retail grocery stores that will deliver to your home and our Island Eats will deliver some of the savoring dishes from several restaurants, even ice cream!

There is a set of outdoor stairs leading to the cottage. Once inside the living and sleeping areas are all on one level as well as your balcony.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 31 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
